Coloring strokes with a raster graphics File

No replies yet

  1. Hi John,

As Nodebox Gradients "A long a Path" were made out of
    tiny shapes.

"VexyLine" a kind of vector stroke effects app does that too.
But using any raster graphic to color lines or Text.

"Vexyline," is a software tool that offers various effects
for vector paths—including coloring them using arbitrary
    raster images.

This allows to to color vector paths by painting a color scheme
entirely by hand as a raster graphic and then using it in Vexyline
    for the coloring process.

Although the resulting vector graphic also consists of many
small rectangles, but is fine if you only need a raster graphic.
Nodeaways the Result can be exported as an .SVG vector graphics file too.

Here a Example where i use Text on a Path in Vexyline.
