NodeBox team For equirectangular/equidistant maps, you can use the attached example:
Other projections require some custom code that will be included as a node in the future. (Using this code: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mercator#Python)
This example, and others, will be included in a future update of the software.
