Here is what I am trying to accomplish,

It basically takes an image and simplifies it into very basic elements, Kadinskly style, well his lesser complex works anyway, that it's really. The thing is, I dont know how in node box to sample a color from a image and apply that to a primitive shape. Are there any examples anywhere similar to this? Any advice is appreciated, thanks so much for a fantastic application.
