Welcome to the NodeBox community.
One thing you can do to get started is go to the Documentation page:
https://www.nodebox.net/node/documentation/
There you will find getting started guides and tutorials. Follow some of these to get your feet wet.
Another thing you can do is search this forum for whatever concept interests you (e.g. animation, fonts, etc.) The discussion threads you can find are goldmines of information. You can also check out the hundreds of examples in the "Show Your Work" forum; many of these have code samples you can download and play with.
In general, I find that the best way to learn a new language is to try to use it to do something you want to do. Try making something you really want to make, and see what happens. If you get stuck, post a cry for help right here in the NodeBox 3 forum. I will try to get you unstuck.
